Scope
These terms apply to your use of connado.com and its public marketing content, pricing estimator and demo-enquiry form. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
These terms do not govern a Connado subscription, customer portal account, field application account or paid implementation services. Those services are governed by the agreement made with the relevant customer. If a customer agreement conflicts with these terms, the customer agreement controls for that service.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation and communication with Connado. You must not:
- Interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or test its security without written permission.
- Use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or ignores published technical restrictions.
- Submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or third-party confidential material through the enquiry form.
- Copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our systems.
Information and availability
We take reasonable care with website content, but product capabilities, integration availability, implementation scope and pricing can change. Website content is general information and is not professional, legal, tax, accounting or operational advice. Confirm material requirements and commercial terms with us before relying on the website to make a purchasing decision.
Pricing estimates are illustrative, use the inputs you provide and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. They are not a quote or an offer capable of acceptance.
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the website, branding, text, designs, software, images and other content, except where stated otherwise. Connado and its associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or source without our written permission.
You may view, print or save a reasonable copy of public content for your organisation's internal evaluation of Connado.

The website may link to third-party services or describe integrations. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms, privacy practices and availability. A link or integration reference does not make us responsible for the third-party service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied terms and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to the remedy permitted by applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website and across Connado services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any right that cannot be excluded, the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter a separate customer agreement.
